Amc Mep Maintenance At Dewa#S Admin Building (Zone -01) 1.#Introduction This Scope Of Work Aims To Define The Requirements For Plumb Ing Equipment Maintenance Services For 14 Buildings. The Service Provider Must Have The Necessary Skills, Tools, And Equipment To Pr Ovide Regular Maintenance And Repair Services For Various Types Of Plumbing Equipment. 2.#Scope Of Work The Scope Of Work Includes B Ut Is Not Limited To The Following: 2.1. Electrical Equipment Maintenance: The Service Provider Shall Provide On Site Support In Planned Preven Tive Maintenance And Corrective Maintenance (Mandatory) For The Following Electrical Equipment. Water Supply System 2. The Hot Water System 3. Plumbing Control Systems 4. Plumbing Fixtur Es 5. The Drainage System, 6. Plumbing Control Systems. # Quarterly Ppm: Major Service, 1. Water Treatment Equipment, 2. Water Meter S And Monitoring Systems, Backflow Prevention Devices. 2.3. Electrical Equipment Repair The Service Provider Shall Repair Any Malfun Ctioning Electrical Equipment Identified During Regular Maintenance. Repair Services Shall Include But Not Be Limited To. (If Requir Ed Or Depending On The Dewa Site Supervisor#S Decision) # Fault Detection And Troubleshooting # Replacement Of Defective Components # Repairs To Damaged Equipment 2.3. Equipment Inspection The Service Provider Shall Conduct Planned Inspections Of The Plumbing Equi Pment Listed In Section 2.1 Above To Identify Potential Problems Before They Occur. Inspections Shall Be Carried Out According To Th E Manufacturers Guidelines And Industry Standards. 2.4. Equipment Testing The Service Provider Shall Test All Repaired And Maintain Ed Plumbing Equipment To Ensure They Are Operating Optimally. Testing Shall Be Carried Out According To The Manufacturers Guideline S And Industry Standards. 2.5. Emergency Services The Service Provider Shall Be Available 24/7 To Respond To Emergency Repair And Ma Intenance Calls. The Response Time For Emergency Services Shall Not Exceed 2 Hours From The Time Of The Call.
