Implementation And Monitoring-Control Of Fifty (50) High-Flow Drilling Drills In The Center-West, Centre-South And Plateau Central Regions 1. The Government Of Burkina Faso Has Obtained Funding From The African Development Bank Group To Cover The Cost Of The Project To Improve Drinking Water And Sanitation Services For Resilience Building (Pasepa-2R) And Intends To Use Part Of The Sums Granted Under The Taf Loan To Finance The Contract Relating To The Establishment And Monitoring And Control Of The Works For The Construction Of Fifty (50) High-Speed Boreholes In The Regions Of The Center -West, Centre-South And Central Plateau. 2. The Services Provided For Under This Contract Include: (I) The Geophysical Siting Of Boreholes, (Ii) On-Site Monitoring And Control Of The Drilling Works And (Iii) On-Site Monitoring And Control Implementation Of Development Work And Pumping Tests (Including Interpretation Of Pumping Data, Interpretation Of Water Analysis Results, Etc.). The Duration Of The Assignment Is Ten (10) Months. 3. The Public Procurement Department Of The Ministry Of Environment, Water And Sanitation (Dmp/Meea) Invites Consultants To Apply To Provide The Services Described Above. The Consultant Must Be A Duly Constituted Firm With Experience In The Geophysical Siting Of Boreholes And On-The-Spot Monitoring And Control Of The Borehole Construction Works. He Will Have To Justify At Least Five (05) Relevant Similar Experiences In The Geophysical Installation Of Boreholes And The On-Site Monitoring And Control Of The Drilling Works, Borehole Flow Tests. The Experience Of The Consultant Must Be Proven By The Cover And Signature Pages Of The Contracts And The Certificates Of Completion. 4. Interested Consultants Must Provide Information On Their Abilities And Experience Demonstrating That They Are Qualified For The Services (Documentation On The Firm, Reference Of Similar Services, Experience In Comparable Assignments, Etc.). Consultants Can Form An Association To Increase Their Chances Of Qualification. 5. Applications For Expressions Of Interest Must Include The Following Documents: - A Letter Of Expression Of Interest Addressed To The Director Of Public Procurement Of The Ministry Of The Environment, Water And Sanitation; - A Presentation Of The Consultant (Date Of Creation, Geographical Location, Area Of Expertise, Organization, Etc.) Accompanied By Proof Of Its Legal Existence; - The References Of Similar Missions Carried Out By The Consultants In The Geophysical Implantation Of Boreholes And The On-Site Monitoring-Control Of The Drilling Works, Flow Tests. Consultants Must Highlight The Following Minimum Information For Each Assignment: (I) The Purpose And Content Of The Assignment, (Ii) The Name, Address And Contacts Of The Client, (Iii) The Country Where The Services Will Be Provided , (Iv) The Year Of Performance Including The Start And End Dates Of The Assignment, (V) The Amount Of The Contract, (Vi) The List Of Key Experts Who Carried Out The Assignment, (Vii) The Activities Carried Out And The Results Obtained, As Well As Any Relevant Information On The Mission Carried Out. 6.
