1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Replacement Of The Existing Individual Gas Combi Boilers In Residential Premises In The Building At Ul. Chełmońskiego 2 A-C In Międzyrzecz. Existing Condition: A 24-Unit, 4-Storey Residential Building With A Basement. Each Apartment Is Equipped With A Combi Gas Gas Boiler With A Closed Combustion Chamber, Type Minimax Turbo Gco-Dp-21-03 By Termet, With A Heat Output Of 7-21 Kw. The Flue Gases Are Discharged Through The Concentric Pipe System To The Schiedel Quadro Chimney. 4 Boilers Are Connected To One Chimney (One On Each Floor In The Premises). Target Condition: It Is Planned To Replace The Existing Boilers With New Condensing Ones, Together With The Replacement Of Flues (Concentric Pipes Carrying Flue Gases From The Boiler To The Chimney) And Wall-Mounted Controllers In Residential Premises - Together 24 Pcs. The Boilers Must Be Connected To The Existing Schiedel Quadro Chimneys. The Contractor Will Review The Patency Of Flue Gas Stacks. Installation Of Gas, Water And Sewage And Central Heating Remains Unchanged - Only The System Connections To The New Boiler Need To Be Adjusted. Throughout The Warranty Period (36 Months), The Contractor Will Perform Service Inspections Of The Boilers At Least Once A Year. If It Is Not Possible To Enter The Premises, The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With Evidence Of At Least Two Attempts To Enter The Premises In The Form Of Protocols Of Attempts To Enter The Premises Containing The Date, Confirmed By The Building Administrator. In This Case, The Employer May Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Inspect The Boiler In This Premises.2.
