The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of Buildings With Their Infrastructure Included In The Technological System Of Sewage Treatment In The Group Sewage Treatment Plant In Kutno. The Objects Included In The Scope Of Renovation Works Are: − Biological Reactor, Object 103. − Recirculated Sludge Pumping Station, Object 103A. − Sludge Thickener, Object 107. − Raw Sewage Measurement Chamber, Object 102. The Biological Reactor Was Built In 2002, It Is An Open Tank Built On The Basis Of A Circle With An Internal Diameter Of 57.00 M. The Tank Is Largely Sunk In The Ground To The Level Of 0.3 M Below Its Crown. The Tank Is 2,615 M2, Volume 17,233 M3. The Tank Has Two Technological Spaces: - Bioreactor External, Ring Part With A Width Of 9.70 M Serving The Function Of Sewage Aeration, - Settling Tank Internal Part In The Form Of A Circular Tank With An Internal Diameter Of 33.23 M Serving As Functions Of Separation Of Sewage Into Sludge (Solid Part) And Liquid Part. The Tank Is Equipped With: − Radial Scraper, − Aeration System, − Sludge Immersion Mixers, − Bioreactor Trough With A Cleaning Mechanism, − Piping System For Sewage Transport. , The Following Should Be Performed: A) Pumping Out Rainwater From The Tank; B) Pressure Cleaning Of The Sewage Flow Piping System; C) Replacement Of The Filling Of The Expansion Joints Of The Bottom Slab; D) Replacement Of Seals For Pipe Passages Through The Tank And Chamber Walls; F) Repair Of The Scraper With Replacement Of Scraper Blades; G) Inspection And Repair Of Agitators; H) Replacement Of Grates, Aeration Diffusers With Seals; I) Technological Start-Up And Start-Up Of The Bioreactor.
