Kits For Preparation Of Libraries, For Cloning And Tubes. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Gradual Supply Of Kits For The Preparation Of Libraries, Kits For The Preparation Of Dna Libraries Without Pcr, Kits For Cloning, And Tubes For Fragmentation, Including Transport To Specified Fulfillment Locations According To The Specific Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, The Detailed Specification Of Which Is Given In The Procurement Documentation And Its Annex No. 8 And In Appendix No. 1 Of The Model Text Of The Framework Agreement Relating To Each Individual Part Of The Public Contract. The Subject Of Performance Of The Public Contract For Each Part Of The Public Contract Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Concluded With One Supplier Continuously For The Duration Of 2 Years Of The Framework Agreement. In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 35 Of The Zzvz, It Is Public The Order Is Divided Into Four (4) Parts. The Participant Can Submit An Offer For All Four (4) Parts Of The Public Contract Or Only For Some Parts Or Only For One (1) Part Of The Public Contract (According To His Choice). For Each Part Of This Public Contract, A Separate Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Winning Participant, I.E. The Selected Supplier For A Specific Part Of The Public Contract, Or For Each Part Of This Public Contract The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Separate Framework Agreement With One Participant Of The Zř.
