The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Laundry Service, I.E.: A) Washing Of Hospital Linen Owned By The Ordering Party, B) Washing Of Linen Hired From The Contractor, C) Collection Of Dirty Hospital Linen From Wards And Other Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party, D) Delivery Of Clean, Washed Linen To Wards And Other Organizational Units Of The Ordering Party, E) Marking In The Rfid Hf System Or Equivalent, The Underwear Being The Subject Of The Lease And Mops Owned By The Ordering Party, F) Implementation Of The Rfid Hf System (Radio Frequency Identification Of Underwear) Or Equivalent And Ensuring Its Proper Functioning During The Term Of The Contract.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Take Over The Employers Employee And Employ Him Under An Employment Contract For The Duration Of The Contract For The Laundry Service, I.E. For A Period Of Not Less Than 18 Months.6. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Rent The Underwear Warehouse To The Contractor.7.
