1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Cleaning Service For Office Buildings Located At Ul. March. J. Piłsudskiego 30, 30A, 30B In Chojnice, Mowing Green Areas And Removing Snow From Parking Lots Adjacent To The Building.2. The List Of Rooms, The Scope And Frequency Of The Contractors Activities Are An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Independently Control The Quality Of The Services Provided. Each Consultation With The Ordering Party Shall Be Confirmed In Writing.4. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Perform The Works Diligently, Diligently And Properly; 2) Provide On Their Own Equipment, Tools And Other Equipment Necessary To Provide Services; In Particular Mops, Mop Heads, Telescopic Rods, Buckets, Sponges And Brushes For Cleaning Sanitary Devices, Microfiber Cloths Or Microfiber Cloths Separately For Cleaning Furniture, Windows, Floors, Sanitary Devices, Electronic Devices, Ladders, Collection Bags For Garbage, Professional Equipment For Cleaning Carpets, Removing Snow, Mowing Grass, Raking Lawns; 3) Providing Services Using Clean Equipment; 4) Provide Cleaning Agents On Their Own, Chemical Agents Used By The Contractor To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Must Have The Required Attestations Authorizing Them To Be Used In Poland, Must Be Of Appropriate Quality And Meet The Requirements Of Environmental Protection Regulations, And Must Be Intended For Specific Activities And To Be Used For Each Of The Surfaces Used; 5) Delivery Of Hygiene Products That Meet The Following Minimum Parameters: A) Toilet Paper On A Roll, Two-Ply, Made Of Two-Ply Cellulose, White; ) Soap Suitable For Use In Automatic Foam And Gel Soap Dispensers. 6) Provide And Direct The Appropriate Number Of People (Staff) To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement, Which Will Enable The Performance Of The Agreement In Accordance With Its Subject And Content (Recommended Minimum 3 Persons); 7) Equip The Cleaning Staff With Aesthetic Working Clothes And The Necessary Equipment For Cleaning, Snow Removal, Mowing And Cleaning Agents; 8) Train The Employees Performing The Subject Of The Contract In The Field Of Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations; Of The Agreement;10) Immediately Remove From Performing Cleaning Activities, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Cleaning Or Supervising Person For Whom The Ordering Party Has Made Comments Regarding The Quality Of The Activities Performed By Them Or In The Event Of A Breach By Such A Person Of Other Terms Of The Agreement;11) Segregate And Store Waste After Performing The Service In Special Containers (Baskets, Containers) Intended For This Purpose, Placed By The Ordering Party In Accessible Places; Cleaning Rooms In The Building At Ul. March. J. Piłsudskiego 30, 30A - Will Take Place On Working Days From Monday To Friday From 14:00 - 21:00 (With The Possibility Of Ordering Additional Services From Monday To Sunday).6. Cleaning Rooms In The Building At Ul. March. J. Piłsudskiego 30B Will Take Place On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 16:00 - 17:00 Or 18:00-19:00 (With The Possibility Of Ordering Additional Services From Monday To Sunday). 7. Conditions For Maintaining Green Areas: 1) Current Maintenance Of Lawn Cleanliness, Raking, Leaves, Mowing Grass - 690 M².8. Conditions For Winter Maintenance Of The Car Park: 1) Combating Slipperiness And Removing Snow From The Entire Width Of The Car Park For The Proper Functioning Of Car Traffic In Winter Conditions; 2) Snow Removal Should Be Carried Out Each Time After A Snowfall, From Monday To Friday, In The Morning Hours 4:00 - 7:00 So That Until The Entire Area Was Cleared Of Snow At 7:00;3) Snow Removal Should Be Carried Out Each Time After A Snowfall From Saturday To Sunday In The Morning 6:00 - 10:00, So That By The Entire Area Was Cleared Of Snow At 10:00; 4) During Heavy Daily Rainfall, Snow Removal Should Also Be Carried Out In The Afternoon 17:00 - 20:00; 5) In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To Be Fully And Immediately Ready In The Event Of Snowfall Or Ice, Ensuring The Full Removal Of The Effects Of Rainfall, I.E. Ensuring The Car Park Is Passable From Monday To Friday; 6) The Contractor Should Have Equipment Suitable For Clearing Snow, A Car Park Lined With Paving Stones; 7) The Ordering Party Will Provide Material For Sprinkling The Surface And Indicate The Place Of Its Storage; Snow Removal Will Take Place Only And Exclusively At The Request Of The Principal;9) It Is Required To Indicate A Contact Person Available For Snow Removal And Equipped With A Mobile Phone10) In The Event Of Equipment Failure, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Replacement Equipment.9. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable For Damage Caused By The Contractor Or A Subcontractor During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2) The Contractor Shall Be Fully Liable For Damages And Accidents Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Contract Of This Order Have Civil Liability Insurance For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents.
