1. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Conduct A Category B Driving License Course For 15 Participants Of The Project Entitled Together With Us - Support For Citizens From Ukraine Using The Potential Of Social Reintegration Entities, Which Is Co-Financed By The European Union Under Measure 9.1 Active Integration, Sub-Measure 9.1.7 Regional Integration Support To Reduce The Effects Of The Crisis Caused By The Armed Conflict On The Territory Of Ukraine - Extraordinary Procedure Of The Regional Operational Program Of The Śląskie Voivodship 2014-2020.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct A Course For Candidates For Category B Drivers In Accordance With Applicable Law Enabling Them To Take The State Exam.3. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Category B Driving License Course Is Not Less Than 60 Hours Long, However: • The Number Of Hours For The Theoretical Part Of The Training May Not Be Less Than 30 Hours (One Didactic Hour Is 45 Minutes), • The Number Of Hours For In Terms Of The Practical Part Of The Training, It Cannot Be Less Than 30 Hours (One Hour Of Practical Driving Lessons Is 60 Minutes).4. In Order To Implement The Course, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: • Organize The Course In Accordance With The Program, • Draw Up A Training Schedule, Which Will Be An Integral Part Of The Contract, • Conduct Practical Classes From Monday To Sunday At Times Agreed Individually With The Training Participant, Taking Into Account The Possibility Of Performing Other Project Participants Duties And Other Private Activities, • Providing: - Didactic Materials For Project Participants, - A Lecture Hall Equipped With Teaching Aids, - A Maneuvering Area, - Vehicles For Driving Lessons, - Experienced And Qualified Staff To Conduct The Course In The Theoretical And Practical Part, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, - Facilities Necessary To Conduct The Course, Guaranteeing Timely Execution Of The Order, • Coverage Of The Course Participants With Accident Insurance, • Organization Of The Internal Examination, The Time Allocated For Conducting The Internal Examination Is Not Sufficient To The Hours Of The Course, • Ongoing Monitoring Of The Activities Carried Out And Regular Provision Of Information About The Activities Carried Out To The Contact Person On The Part Of The Ordering Party, • Providing Participants With Occupational Health And Safety And Learning Conditions, In Accordance With Applicable Law.5. During The Theoretical Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Seat For Each Participant Of The Training - A Table And A Bench, Or A Chair With An Attachment Enabling Free Taking Of Notes.6. The Lecture Hall Must Be Properly Equipped, Eg With A Flipchart, A Classic Or Magnetic Board, Teaching Aids, Including Aids For Practical Vocational Training.7. Each Course Participant Must Have Access To An Independent Workstation During Practical Hours.8. The Course Should Be Organized In The City Of Bielsko-Biała. The Ordering Party Allows For The Organization Of The Course In The Bielsko Poviat, While The Transport Of Participants To The Classes Is Provided By The Contractor, Therefore The Costs Of Transporting The Participants Should Be Included In The Cost Calculation.
