A Dps Is An Electronic System Which Suppliers Can Join At Any Time.This Dynamic Purchasing System (Dps) Will Operate By Way Of Minicompetition Draw Down And Will Be In Place For Three Years. Tenderers Can Join Or Leave The Dps At Any Stage During This Period In Line With Provisions For Dps In The Procurement Directives.
