Implemented In Two Regions, In A Total Of Six Provinces Covering 45 Districts And Targeting 30,000 Households: Eastern Mediterranean (Adana, Mersin, Osmaniye) And Western Black Sea (Bartn, Kastamonu, Sinop). In The Second Phase, The Programme Will Assess The Feasibility To Include Two Additional Provinces: Kahramanmara (Eastern Mediterranean) And Çankr (Western Black Sea) Reaching An Additional 30,000 Households In Case These Provinces Will Be Added To The Programme.
