The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply And Installation Of Equipment For A Storage Facility For Physical Evidence, Located In A Land With Identifier No. 77195.424.102, Locality Idimirli, Site Tilova Baza, City Of Haskovo, District Of Haskovo, Financed Under The Project Improving The Capacity Of Police And Judicial Activities Related To Physical Evidence In Pre-Trial Proceedings Of The Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, And Providing Warranty (Service) Support Of The Delivered Equipment Within The Warranty Period. The Aim Is To Increase The Quality Of Activities Related To The Seizure Of Evidence, Ensuring Their Authenticity, Proper Storage For Subsequent Research And Their Preservation Until The Final Completion Of The Necessary Actions With Them, In The Process Of The Investigation, According To The Criminal Procedure Code. The Premises For The Storage Of Physical Evidence Must Meet The Requirements Of The Internal Rules For The Conditions And Procedures For The Storage Of Physical Evidence In The Structures Of The Ministry Of Internal Affairs, Approved By Order No. 8121Z-199/13.06.2014 Of The Minister Of The Interior, Namely: The Warehouses For The Storage Of Vd Are Provided With Ventilation And Are Equipped With Racks, Metal Crates, Securely Closing And Locking Cabinets, And, If Necessary, With Refrigeration And Air Conditioning Equipment. Their Security Is Provided By The Use Of Metal Doors To The Premises, Window Grills, An Alarm System, A Fire Safety System And Video Surveillance.
