The Service Contract Includes The Provision Of The Technical-Economic Documentation Development Service (Sf, Pt, Dtac Phases, Including The Technical Quality Check Of The Documentation), As Well As The Technical Assistance Service From The Designer During The Execution Of The Works For The Investment Objective Runway Development Of Bicycles On The Route Of The Water Courses In The Municipality Of Zalău, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Design Theme No. 5091 Of 19.01.2023 And From Specifications No. 5094/19.01.2023 And No. 5096/19.01.2023. The Deadline By Which Any Economic Operator Interested In Participating In The Public Procurement Procedure Has The Right To Request Clarifications Or Additional Information Regarding The Award Documentation Is 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. In Accordance With Art. 160 Para. (2) Of Law 98/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, The Contracting Authority Sets As The Deadline In Which It Will Respond To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information 11 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. The Deadline For Responding To The Clarifications Was Established So That The Economic Operators Have An Adequate Period To Analyze The Award Documentation And Subsequently, To Prepare The Offers Through The Prism Of The Answers Provided By The Contracting Authority.
