The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Lack Of Division Into Parts Of The Order Is Caused By The Possibility Of Excessive Difficulties Or Costs In The Implementation Of The Delivery. The Division Of The Contract Due To Its Size Is Not Justified. The Division Could Lead To The Lack Of Tenders For One Or More Lots, Which In Turn Would Contribute To The Prolongation Of The Procedure And The Implementation Of The Task.4. The Offered Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Listed In The Price Form - Appendix 2 To Swz.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Ordered Goods During The Term Of The Contract, Depending On Its Actual Needs, While The Increase And Decrease In Demand May Amount To A Maximum Of 30% Of The Contract Value. The Contractor Undertakes To Respond Flexibly To Increased Or Decreased Orders Placed By The Ordering Party For A Given Product.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Variant Offers. 7. The Ordering Party Did Not Conduct Technical Dialogue.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Settlements In Foreign Currencies.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Sec. 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law. 10. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Subcontract The Order. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Obliged (Pursuant To Article 462(2) Of The Public Procurement Law) To Indicate The Part Of The Contract Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If Known.11. The Contracting Authority Requires That In The Case Of Entrusting Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors, The Contractor Shall Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Contract Which He Intends To Subcontract And Provide (If Known At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors.12.
