Grottgera 13 In Słupsk”.2. The Scope Of The Contract Includes Services Consisting In Regular Cleaning Of Office Premises - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Appendix No. 7A To Swz.3. The Contractor Shall Provide On His Own: Necessary Cleaning And Hygiene Products (Including: Toilet Paper, Weight 34 G/M2, Dishwashing Liquid In Social Rooms, Liquid Soap Ph 5.5-7.0, Paper Towel In The Zz White Tab, White Paper Towel On A Roll, Air Fresheners For Sanitary Rooms, Toilet Cubes, Agents With Biocidal, Antibacterial, Antifungal And Antiviral Properties, Appropriate Cleaning Preparations And Disinfectants For Floors, Furniture, Windows And Doors, Chairs, Computer Equipment, Sanitary Facilities, Etc. )4. Note: The Contractor Shall Provide The Necessary Equipment To Perform The Contract On His Own (Work Tools - Small, Single-Disc Floor Scrubber Dryers Suitable For A Given Type Of Surface, Mains-Powered With A Working Width Of At Least 40 Cm For Thorough Cleaning Of The Surface, Vacuum Cleaners, Buckets, Mops, Brushes, Cloths Tools For Cleaning Windows, Garbage Bags, Etc.) Taking Into Account The Lack Of An Elevator In The Building, Which Requires Carrying The Above-Mentioned Items. Tools Between Floors.5. The Contractor Shall Provide Management, Manpower, Materials, Equipment And Other Devices Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.6. Control Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract During The Works Will Be Carried Out By Designated Employees Of The Municipal Infrastructure Board In Słupsk. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Check And Control The Correctness Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And To Accept The Performed Works By Designated Employees Of The Municipal Infrastructure Board In Słupsk.7. If It Is Found That The Services Are Provided Contrary To The Applicable Regulations Or The Tor, The Ordering Party May Refuse To Pay Or Withdraw From The Contract Due To The Fault Of The Contractor.8. The Organization Of Work During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Current Regulations On Occupational Health And Safety And Ensure Proper Performance Of The Service. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Comply With Applicable Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations.10. The Contractor Undertakes To Diligently, Properly And Timely Perform The Required Works And Obligations Based On The Legal Provisions And Standards Applicable To The Subject Of The Contract.11. The Contractor Shall Submit To The Ordering Party, No Later Than On The Date Of Concluding The Agreement, A List Of Employees Assigned To Perform The Works Covered By The Order.12. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Send Min. 3 Employees, Ensuring The Proper Performance Of The Service.13. The Contractor Shall Notify The Ordering Party By Phone About A Temporary Change (To Replace) Of The Employees Designated To Perform The Works Covered By The Order, While Sending A Written Notification By E-Mail.14. A Change Of Permanent Employees Assigned To Perform Works Covered By The Order Requires The Contractor To Notify The Employer In Writing At Least Two Days In Advance.15. The Service Should Be Conducted In A Way That Will Not Infringe The Interests Of Third Parties.16. When Performing The Service, It Is Forbidden To Open Cabinets And View Documents, And It Is Also Forbidden To Use Telephones, Computers And Other Technical Devices Located In The Facility.17. The Contractor Is Obliged, When Performing The Service, To Keep Secret All Information Obtained During The Performance Of The Service During The Current Contract And After Its Completion.18. To Perform The Works, Technically Efficient Equipment Should Be Used, Which, When Used In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, Will Not Pose A Threat To The Health Of People, Animals Or The Environment.19. The Contractor Is Responsible For Damages Resulting From The Performance Of The Service, As Well As For Any Events Arising From This Cause. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party Or Third Parties For Damages Resulting From Non-Performance Or Improper Performance Of The Service, As Well As For Damages Caused By The Contractors Employees And Third Parties In The Event Of The Contractors Failure To Exercise Due Diligence In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. Throughout The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Must Hold Civil Liability Insurance In The Field Of Business Activity For Damages Caused In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Sum Insured Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00 For One And All Damages. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party A Proof Of Conclusion Of The Insurance Contract. If The Insurance Period Is Shorter Than The Duration Of This Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Extend The Insurance And Submit The Document Referred To In This Point To The Employer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party About Any Changes To The Content Of The Concluded Insurance Contract, Referred To Above, Within 5 Working Days From The Date Of Their Entry Into Force.20. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Issue Instructions And Commands Relating To The Method Of A Comprehensive Cleaning Service.21. In The Event Of Destruction Or Damage To The Elements Of Office Equipment During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them And Restore Them To Their Previous Condition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Promptly Remove Defects In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Reported By The Ordering Party.22. The Contractor Should Comply With The Rules Of Waste Segregation In Accordance With The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Communes (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1297), Local Law And The Declaration Submitted By The Employer, In Particular In Terms Of Throwing Waste Into Containers Intended For Selective Waste Collection.23. The Ordering Party Shall Not Be Liable For The Contractors Assets Located In The Area Of Performed Works During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. 24. The Ordering Party, To The Extent Agreed Separately, Shall Provide The Contractors Employees With Appropriate Social And Living Conditions At The Place Of Service Performance.25. The Ordering Party Shall Provide Water And Electricity Necessary To Perform The Service Free Of Charge.26. The Employer Requires That The Fleet Used By The Contractor To Perform The Contract Includes At Least 10% Of Vehicles Powered By Electricity Or Natural Gas.
