Supply & Installation Of Complete Electrical Operated Ventilation Dampers Mechanism (Air Lock) To Gt 51 Turbine-Enclosures, Which Is Having 02 (2X1)Dampers (Wendt-Siemens). 1/L-Profil Zuluft Gt/Angel, Sl-Pos.:1107, Supplier Idnt No.:301033001 A, Exact Dimensions T O Be Measured At Site Scope Of Work: The Bidders Shall Visit Site And Collect Information Regarding Sizes Of The Opposed Air Lock Dampers And Internal Flaps. Approximate Sizes (Length X Width X Depth/Thickness In Mm) Of Each Panel. It Is The Contractor#S Respons Ibility To Take Correct Measurement For Fabrication Of The New Enclosures So That Replacement Of Existing Panels Is Done Without Any Difficulty Or Further Site Modification. The Supplied Air Lock Dampers Shall Comply With Integrated Ip 55 Housing Or Ul Listed And Thickness Of The Dampers As Per Existing With 2-2.5Mm Gi Sheet. The Damper Should Be Corrosion Proof And Completed With Powder Coati Ng Or Painting. The Supplied Air Lock Dampers Shall Be Fitted With Dual Actuator Assembly (24Vdc/Ac Operation) As Per Existing Dampe Rs. Mounting Hardware Which Penetrates The Enclosure And Violates The Environmental Rating Of The Panels Shall Not Be Allowed. All H Ardware Shall Be Corrosion Resistant. Finish: All Panel Enclosures Shall Have A Baked-On Finish; Color Shall Be As Per Existing Colo Rs. Drawing And Material Details Shall Be Submitted Along With Offer. The Contractor Shall Obtain Approval Of The Drawings And Docum Ents Before Manufacturing / Fabrication Of The Panels. The Contractor Shall Remove The Existing Opposed Air Lock Dampers. Installati On Of Dampers With All Functional Checks And Leak Test To Be Done. The Contractor Shall Follow All Dewa Safety, Security & Enviro Nmental Policies & Practices During The Entire Execution Period Of The Supply Work. Contractors Are Advised To Adhere Latest Covid-1 9 Guideline Issued By Dewa All Time. Guarantee Terms: A)#Two Year Guarantee Shall Be Given For The Material Supplied By Contractor (The Dampers Should Pass The Door Blower Test & Smoke Test Which Will Be Done By Dewa). B)#The Guarantee Will Take Effect From The Date Of Takeover Of The Entire System. C)#When A Defect Is Noticed On The Newly Supplied Parts Of The Panels During The Period Of Wa Rranty, The Contractor Must Rectify The Fault Within A Reasonable Amount Of Time Fixed By Dewa With No Claims Or Compensation.
