Ecotourism development of Palátás lake 45000000-7 There are currently no buildings or structures on the subject property. The planned building is a three-story (ground floor + attic + tower floor), traditional masonry structure, high-roofed, tiled building. In the planned Ecotourism Center, the developer intends to hold lectures and exhibitions, and the lecture hall on the ground floor is used for this purpose. The service rooms (toilet, laundry room), as well as the mechanical and reception office rooms necessary for the operation of the building, were designed for this purpose. The attic has been designed (knee wall, gabled roof structure) in such a way that it can be incorporated in the future, but at the moment only the stairs and walkway providing access to the tower level will be built.
