West Purgatory Creek WW Improvements IFB #222-214 The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed bids to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:Solicitation Number: IFB 222-214 &&&&&&&&&&&&&West Purgatory Creek WW ImprovementsScope of Project: Includes but is not limited to increasing 3500LF of an existing wastewater line to 18 inches from the intersection of West San Antonio and Pitt St. There are three bores proposed with this project, one of which will be crossing the Union Pacific Railroad ROW. Also, a portion of the Bishop Street Improvements Storm Drain Outfall has been added to install on 8’x8’ RBCs storm drain from the intersection of West San Antonio and Olive St. to the proposed outfall at Purgatory Creek. The estimated construction cost is $2,013.376.Project Manual, plans, addenda, bid tabulation, etc., available for download at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement.Bidders must submit a cashier’s check, certified check, or acceptable bidder’s bond with their bid in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid submitted.A non-mandatory pre-bid video conference will be held on October 25, 2022, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time. Access instructions to the pre-bid video conference can be located at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement. Bids must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than November 17, 2022, at 2:00 P.M., Local Time, and will be conducted via videoconferencing.
