ROUTE 202 EAST MAIN ST. SIDEWALK PROJECT - PHASE 1 - STATE PROJECT 0143-0194 Project work to furnish all equipment labor material plant & superintendence for construction of new concrete sidewalks, curbing including driveway aprons, catch basin tops, traffic signal modifications & associated miscellaneous work This Contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including non-discrimination statutes and set-aside requirements. Stat law required a minimum of twenty-five (25%) percent of the state funded portion of the contract be set aside for award to subcontractors holding current certification from the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services.
