Downtown Community Parking Lot For The City Of Louisville, Georgia Sealed Proposals Will Be Received By City Of Louisville, Georgia At The Louisville City Hall, P.O. Box 527, 1011 Peachtree Street, Louisville, Georgia 30434 Until 3:00P.M. Tuesday, August 16, 2022. All Bidders Must Have A State Of Georgia Utility Contractor License And Must Employ A State Utility Manager Certificate Holder. The Work To Be Done Consists Of Furnishing All Materials, Equipment And Labor For The Construction Of: The Project Will Consist Of Removing And Replacing Existing Concrete Sidewalks, Construction Of A Concrete Parking Lot And Island With Electrical Receptacles, Installation Of Electrical Conduit And Pedestals For Street Lighting, Drainage Improvements, Curb And Gutter, 750 Linear Feet Of Asphalt Overlay, Installing Benches, Trash Receptacles And All Appurtenances.Time Allotted For All Construction Is 75 Consecutive Calendar Days For Final Completion. Work Shall Be Completed For Public Use On Or Before December 7, 2022, Based On A Notice To Proceed To Be Issued On Or Before September 23, 2022. The Owner Shall Pay The Contractor A Bonus If Project Is Completed By November 22, 2022.Proposals For The Complete Work In One General Contract Shall Be Made On The Proposal Form Provided And Shall Contain Prices In Words And Figures For The Work Bid On.All Proposals Shall Be Accompanied By A Bid Bond Drawn In Favor Of The City Of Louisville, In The Amount Of At Least 10% Of The Lump Sum Bid For The Complete Work; Such Bid Bond Representing That The Bidder, If Awarded The Contract, Performance Bond And Payment Bond Will Be Required.
