G Station Feed Water Pump Base Frame Fabrication And Replacement Work Including Material G Station Feed Water Pump Base Frame Need To Fabricate And Replace With The Following Specification And Job Scope: Quantity: 3 Sets Scope Of Work: 1.#Mobilizing And Demobil Izing Of Work Force, Equipment, Tools, Consumables Etc. 2.#Measurement To Be Taken Prior To The Work. 3.#Tools And Equipment: Necess Ary Hand Tools And Equipment Etc 4.#Material: All Material Required To Complete The Work. 5.#Prefabrication Of Base Frame As Per Dra Wing And Sample (Site Measurement). 6.#Base Frame Will Be Fabricated With I Beam Same Size As Existing I Beam 7.#Decoupling The Moto R And Pump 8.#Removing The Pump Including Suction Discharge Flange Opening And Cooling Pipelines 9.#Removed Items Keeping In Arrange D And Safe Condition. 10.#Removing The Old Base Frame Including Concrete Work 11.#Installation Of The Pre-Fabricated New Base Frame With The Initial Site Measurement 12.#Aligning The Base Frame, Fixing It Including Concrete Work (Core Cutting, Casting Etc.) 13.#Ex Isting Cooling, Inlet And Outlet Pipeline Cannot Be Modified. 14.#Fix Back The Pump 15.#Alignment Of The Pump And Motor With The Fle Xibility Of Motor Movement In Future 16.#Alignment Shall Be Done By #Laser Alignment Device# 17.#All Auxiliary Pipeline Fix Back And Final Alignment Check. 18.#Inlet And Outlet Pipeline Should Be Fixed Back Like Initial Condition Without Any Extra Stress 19.#Contr Actor Should Protect The Plant And Surrounding Area During Work. 20.#Submission Of As Build Dimensional Drawing Of The Base 21.#Subm Ission Of Complete Method Statements With The Offer. 22.#Submission Of Risk Assessments Before Starting The Jobs At Site 23.#Replace Ment Work Will Be Carried Out On Site At Jebel Ali Power Station G Station 24.#Work Will Be Carried Out As Per Dewa Schedule, Schedu Le May Be Different For Each Unit Of Work 25.#Work May Be Carried Out In Overhaul Schedule In 2022-23 And/Or 2023-24 Schedule 26.#On E Unit Of Measurement Will Be Considered As One Frame Replacement In All Respect Completed Vendor#S General Responsibility And Liab Ilities: 1.#Contractor Shall Provide Supervisory, Skilled, Semi-Skilled, Unskilled Work Force, 2.#One Supervisor Should Be At Site D Uring The Work. 3.#All Required Tools, Equipment, Consumables Etc. Required To Complete The Job 4.#Contractor Shall Provide All Pers Onal Protective Equipment, First Aid Kit Available, Covid-19 Precautionary Kit At Site During The Course Of Works. 5.#Contractor Has To Complete The Work Within The Schedule Provided By Dewa By Increasing His Work Force Or By Round The Clock Work. 6.#If Any Existi Ng Pipes, Equipment, Instrument Or Any Establishment Damage/Loss During The Work At Site Will Be Repaired/Replaced By The Vendor Wit Hout Any Extra Cost. 7.#Contractor Shall Follow The Dewa Safety Policy 8.#Daily Progress/Review Meeting Along With Dewa 9.#Contracto R Shall Complete All Activities Within The Mutually Agreed Schedule 10.#Upon Completion Of All Works, A Formal Work Completion Repor T Shall Be Submitted.
