Police Cars - Purchase Of Seg Police Vehicles. C Suv With Hybrid Drive Equipped With A Compartment For Detainees. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Along With The Delivery Of 50 Seg Marked Vehicles. C Suv With Hybrid Drive Equipped With A Compartment For Detainees. As Part Of The Order, The Employer Provides For Exercising The Right Of Options. Under The Law, The Employer Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Amount Of Vehicles Purchased By A Maximum Of 25 Pieces. Cars Purchased As Part Of The Option Right Will Be Identical To Cars Offered As Part Of The Basic Order, And Their Unit Prices Will Be Identical To Vehicles Offered As Part Of The Basic Order. The Place Of Delivery Of Vehicles Under The Option Of The Option Will Be Identical To The Delivery Of The Basic Order While The Number Of Vehicles Being The Subject Of Delivery Under The Right Option, The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Contractor At The Stage Of Making The Decision To Exercise The Right Of Options. The Technical Parameters Of The Range Described In Annex 3 To Swz Are The Minimum Requirements Of The Employer. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Employer Does Not Agree To Change The Assortment Provided To A Different Than The One That Was Offered In The Offer Form, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz, With The Proviso As Below. The Contracting Authority Agrees To Change The Assortment Provided To A Different Than The One That Has Been Offered In The Offer Form In Cases Of Demonstration By The Contractor That The Offered Assortment Has Been Withdrawn From The Sale Or Ceased Its Production, There Is No Access To It On The Polish Market (Confirmed By The Manufacturer Or Representative Commercial On The Polish Market) The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Offering And Delivering Another Assortment Provided, That Its Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than The Offered Product, And The Price Is Not Higher Than The Offer Offered In The Offer Form. In This Case, The Contractor Must Obtain The Consent Of The Ordering Party To Change The Offered Assortment. The Contracting Authority Has The Right Not To Agree To Change The Offered Assortment. In This Case, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Offered Assortment In Accordance With The Content Of The Offer. The Contracting Authority Requires The Vehicles Offered To Be Brand New, I-Go Species, Unused, Manufactured Not Earlier Than In 2024, Free Of Factory And Legal Defects, The Maximum Mileage Of The Car Is Not More Than 30 Km, Approved For Trading, Met The Quality And Usable Standards Indicated By The Ordering Party In Annex 3 To Swz. The Contracting Authority Allows The Possibility Of Offering Cars With Various Additional Equipment That Does Not Affect The Price Of The Vehicle. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Indicate A Brand, Model, Version, Production Year, Symbol Or Other Additional Data Enabling The Unambiguous Identification Of The Vehicle Offered In Annex 1 To Swz (Offer Form). Failure To Enter The Data In Places Dotted In The Offer Form Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer
