This Contract Is Being Established To Purchase/Procure Soap And Degreaser Agents For The Production Of Soaps And General-Purpose Cleaners. All Material Must Meet The Detailed Specifications As Requested. The Following Products Will Be Included In The Bid: Surcide Dmdmh (Preferred Packaging Is In 400 Lb Drums) Titanium Dioxide (Preferred Packaging Is In 50 Lb Bags) Sodium Tri-Poly Phosphate (Preferred Packaging Is In 50 Lb Bags) Glycol Ether Tpm (Preferred Packaging Is In 440 Lb Drums) Vendor Must Supply Certificate Of Analysis For Every Lot Of Raw Material. Quantities Listed Are Estimated Annual Usages. Suppliers Must Include Delivery In The Line Item Pricing. Vendor Must Agree To Provide Samples As Requested At No Additional Cost To Agency. Shipments Will Be Made Within 14 Days After Receipt Of Purchase Order. Deliveries Will Be Accepted Monday Through Thursday 7:00Am To 2:00Pm. No Deliveries On Fridays, Weekends, Or State Of Georgia Holidays. Vendor Must Call Site Location As Specified On Purchase Order To Schedule Delivery. All Items Are To Be Shipped F.O.B.
