There Are Faults Persisting At The Main Fire Pump Control Panel Although Its Standby Pump Control Panel Is H Ealthy. This Enquiry Is Intended To Rectify The Existing Faults And Get Recommended Spares List With Prices From The Oem Agent. 1.2# The Prospective Oem Agent May Visit The Site To Understand The Scope For Fault Rectification Works For The Palm Jumeira Ro Plant Mai N Fire Pump Control Panel. It Is The Contractor#S Responsib Ility To Carry Out The Rectification Work Without Additional Charges To Dewa For Extra Material Or Services (If Required). 3.#The Co Ntractor Shall Follow All Dewa Safety, Security & Environmental Policies & Practices During The Entire Execution Period Of The Supp Ly Work. 4.#The Required Mechanical/ Testing/ Programming Tools, Instruments, Services Etc. Lmr Electric Fire Pump Controller Ft70, Cat No. Ft70-30C-L1-2U-C1-C3 (Site Visit Is Required To Get Mpre D Etails) 6.#Terms Of Delivery: A) The Services Shall Be Carried Out At Site Within 30 Days From The Date Of The Order. The Works Shal L Be Completed Within 7 Days From The Start Of The Project Site Activities. 7.#Guarantee Terms: A)#Two Year Guarantee Shall Be Giv En For The Services Provided By Contractor. B)#The Guarantee Will Take Effect From The Date Of Takeover Of The Refurbished Panel. C) #When A Defect Is Noticed On The Refurbished Panel Wirings During The Period Of Warranty, The Contractor Must Rectify The Fault With In A Reasonable Amount Of Time Fixed By Dewa With No Claims Or Compensation. 5.#Terms Of Payment: A)#100% Of The Order Value Will Be Made Within 30 Days After Successful Completion Of Works Against The Invoice Certified By Dewa Authorized Engineer / Representative. B)#Invoice Shall Be Addressed To Dewa Finance Department.
