Annual Maintenance Contract Operation & Maintenance Grey Water Treatment Plant At Dewa Head Office Building Scope Of Work ·#The Part Ies Shall Visit The Site And Make Themselves Thoroughly Acquainted With Local Site Conditions, Nature And Requirement Of Work, Prese Nt Conditions Of Plant And Make Assessment Of Labor And Material, Required Before Submitting The Price. ·#The Contr Actor Shall Have Maintenance Experience Of Similar Gwtp Plants For A Minimum 5 Years. The Contract Shall Be Valid For A Period Of 12 Months Commencing From The Date Of Award Of Contract. ·#To Provide Operator For Operating And Maintaining The Stp & Gwtp 1 X (09 Ho Urs 7 Am To 4 Pm), 6 Days A Week & Shall Be Fully Responsible For Operation Of Stp & Gwtp With All Related Pumps, Equipmentand Or I Ts Accessories And Controls In Accordance With Its Requirements And Function And Keep Systems Working At All Times To Ensure The All The Plant Parameters As Per Authority Standards. ·#To Submit Daily Operation & Maintenance Log Sheets And Carry Out Daily, Weekly A Nd Monthly Preventive Maintenance Of All Equipment And Submit The Reports In Prescribed Format. ·#The Contractor Shall Be Responsibl E To Maintain The Quality Of The Water Within The Limits Of Dubai Municipality Regulations And Scope Of Work Include Coordination / Mandatory To Obtain Necessary Environmental Clearances From Dm. ·#Scope Of Work Related To Annual Inspection Includes, Coordination With Dm Inspector Whenever Called For. ·#Scope Of Work Also Includes Repair/ Replacement Of Valves And Other Consumable Items, Mecha Nical Replacement. The Contractor Is Required To Bear The Charges Of Consumable Such As Contactors, Fuse, Valves, Mcb, Pipefittings Etc., Costing Up To Aed 2000.In Case, The Same Are Not In Serviceable Conditions And Above The Value. All Environment-Friendly Cleaning Materials / Equipment Has To Be Provided By The Contractor. ·#To Maintain Adequate Stock Of Spa Res Subject To Inspection Of To Test Water Samples Per Month From Dm Approved Laboratory (Raw Water & Treated Water) And Provide Rep Orts. ·#To Supply All Treatment And Odor Control Chemicals, Spare Parts And Consumables As Required. It Is, Therefore, Essential Tha T Contractor Should Maintain A Sufficient Stock Of Frequently Used Materials At Site To Reduce Any Downtime During Breakdown.
