All Tenders Must Be Submitted To Ethiopian Red Cross Society Along With A Bid Security (Bid Bond) In Acceptable Forms Cpo Only Specified In The Bidding Data Sheet Amounting 2% Of The Bid Offer, On Separate Envelope.
