Upon Notification By Columbus Fire And Ems, Provide Preventive Maintenance Service On An Annual Basis For The Department Stretchers, Stair Chairs And Cot Fastening Systems, To Include Future Implementation Of The Stryker Powerload System. Costs For Labor For Repairs Outside Of Preventive Maintenance To Include Price Listing Of Replacement Parts Related To The Stretchers, Stair Chairs And Cot Fastening Systems, Both Manual And Powerload. The Contract Period Will Be For Two (2) Years With The Option To Renew For Three (3) Additional Twelve-Month Periods. This Is A New Contract, Therefore There Are No Previous Bid Tabulations Or Contracts To Review. See Technical Specifications (Page 14) For Equipment Detail.
