Tenders Are Invited For Decommissioning, Demolition And Constructing Of Bapco Retail Company Service Station At Hamad Town Roundabout 02 Tender Type: Public Tenders Tender Description: This Project Consists Of Decommissioning, Demolition And Constructing A New Service Station (Petrol Station) Located At Hamad Town Roundabout 02 In Kingdom Of Bahrain. The Plot Area Is 10878.33 Sqm. The Service Station Project Will Include Sales Offices, C-Store Building, Restaurant, Drive Thru Qsr, Drive Thru Coffee Shop, Commercial Shops, Car Care & Car Wash, Dispenser Shed (Canopy) And Services Facilities Along With Construction Of Boundary Wall, Car Parking, External Works And Underground Services Including Fuel Tanks. The Contract Duration Shall Be For 9 Months. The Contractor Whom Going To Participate Shall Be Grade B (Or Above) Registered From Ministry Of Works As A Building Contractor. The Contractor Shall Have Experience In Completing Fuel Service Station Projects Within Last 10 Years.
