This Project Will Consist Of The Following Activities: The Hvac Equipment For The School Will Be Replaced In Its Entirety. Included In This List Are The Water Source Heat Pumps, Pumps, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Tempered And Condenser Water Distribution Piping, Roof Top Packed Units, Roof Top Exhaust Fans, Kitchen Ventilation Hood System, Air Distribution, And Flexible Ductwork Associated With The Air Distribution. The School Has Two Mechanical Equipment Rooms; One As The Original Equipment Room, And A Newer Equipment Room Dedicated To A Previous Addition To The School. The Original Mechanical Equipment Room Will Be Abandoned (Mechanically), And The Newer Equipment Room Will Be The Single Central Plant For The School. The Two Existing Cooling Towers Will Be Removed, And A Single, Larger Cooling Tower Will Be Installed Outside This Equipment Room. As Part Of The Non-Hvac Scope Of Work For This Project, The Ceilings Will Need To Be Removed As Necessary And Replaced When Above Ceiling Work Is Completed. The New Cooling Tower Will Require Concrete Structural Piers And A Slab With Drainage Plumbing To The Sanitary System.
