: Transport Services (Excl. Waste Transport) Gloucestershire County Council Passenger Transport Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) Description: This category relates to the supply and operation of passenger transport services that require 8 passenger seats or less (excluding the driver) – i.e. cars, section 19 vehicles, taxis or private hire vehicles. Service areas covered include special educational needs and social care transport for people with specialist behavioural and physical requirements. In addition, some specialist vehicles are required to be fitted with tail lifts and wheelchair anchorage points. Passenger assistants may be required to be deployed as specified in the DPS tender specifications. Please refer to tender documents for further information.
