The Subject Of The Order Is: Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Along With Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Fire Department Of The Historical And Educational Center Of The Łódź Land In Wolbórz As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Development Of A Supra-Local Tourist Offer In The Wolbórz Commune.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes The Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Along With Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Fire Department Of The Historical And Educational Center Of The Łódź Land In Wolbórz, Located On Plots 506, 801/1 Rev. 0004 City Wolbórz, Commune Wolbórz.3.The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Annexes To This Swz (Design Documentation - Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Draft Contract - Annex No. 7 To The Swz)4.The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New And Free From Defects.5.The Delivery Will Take Place At The Expense And Effort Of The Contractor To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, And Then The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brought To The Premises Indicated As The Place Of Delivery, At The Expense And Effort Of The Contractor, Properly Arranged And Installed In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions. 6. During Implementation, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Apply Solutions That Limit The Negative Impact Of Goods, Services And Construction Works On The Environment, Taking Into Account The Life Cycle Of Products, Thereby Influencing The Development And Dissemination Of Environmental Technologies.7.The Minimum Required Warranty Period Is 24 Months.
