The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties Located In The Budziszewice Commune In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill, In Accordance With Provisions Of: The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 15, 2017 On The Levels Of Limiting The Storage Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2412), Resolution No. 96 Of The Council Ministers Of June 12, 2023 Regarding The National Waste Management Plan 2028. The Scope Of The Service Also Includes Equipping The Properties Covered By The Contract With Municipal Waste Containers With A Capacity Of 120 Liters - Approx. 583 Pieces, 240 Liters - Approx. 101 Pieces And Bags For Selective Collection, For The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Waste In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of January 11, 2013 On Detailed Requirements For The Collection Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners (Journal Of Laws Of 2013, Item 122). The Contractor Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners Covered By The Contract Is Obliged To: Transfer The Waste Collected From Property Owners, Selectively Collected Municipal Waste, To Waste Recovery And Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 33 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1328); Transferring Mixed Municipal Waste, Green Waste And Residues From Sorting Municipal Waste Intended For Storage To Municipal Waste Processing Installations Collected From Property Owners. Note: The Ordering Party Obliges The Contractor To Indicate In The Offer Municipal Installations, To Which The Collected Municipal Waste Will Be Transferred (Article 6D, Section 4, Point 5 Of The Act On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities) - In Accordance With Annex No. 3 Entitled List Of Municipal Installations To Which The Contractor Will Transfer The Collected Waste. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Titled Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Its Integral Part.
