Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management Of Solid Waste Generated At The Companys Facilities As A Result Of The Activities Of Infrastruktura Niepołomice Sp. Z O. O. For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Awarding The Order - The Planned Date Of Commencement Of The Order Implementation Is January 1, 2027, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz.1. The Ordering Party Commissions The Contractor To Collect, Transport And Manage The Following Types Of Waste: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste - Waste With Code 20 03 01; 2) Paper And Cardboard Packaging - Waste With Code 15 01 01; 3) Plastic Packaging - Waste With Code 15 01 02; 4) Metal Packaging - Waste With Code 15 01 04;5) Glass Packaging - Waste With Code 15 01 07;6) Biodegradable Waste - Waste With Code 20 02 01;7) Waste From Cleaning Streets And Squares - Waste With Code 20 03 03;8) Large-Sized Waste - Waste With Code 20 03 07.2. Waste Covered By The Service Is Understood As Waste Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate Of January 2, 2020 On The Waste Catalog (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 10).3. The Order Does Not Include Hazardous Waste Specified In The Above-Mentioned. Regulation.4.
