Technical Data Of The Existing Building: Maximum Height Of The Front Wall: 11.22 M; Length: 30.62 M; Width: 27.54 M; Number Of Storeys: 3.1.2 Scope Of The Order.1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Titled: Comprehensive, Deep Energy Modernization Of Buildings Belonging To Uzdrowisko Busko-Zdrój S.A. - Thermal Modernization Of The Willa Bagatela Building, Located At Ul. 1 Maja 13 In Busko-Zdrój, On Plots No. 260101_4.0009.315 And 260101_4.0009.316.2) The Order Includes The Execution Of The Complete Scope Of Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, Its Descriptive And Drawing Parts, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bill Of Quantities, Decisions, Arrangements And This Description, Together With The Works Preparatory, Demolition, Security, Temporary, Accompanying, Installation, Reconstruction And Cleaning Works.3) The Aim Of The Works Is To Carry Out Thermal Modernization And Renovation Of The External Partitions Of The Building, Renovation Of Roofs With The Removal Of The Existing Expansion Tank Room, Renovation Of Balconies And Façade Elements, Construction Of A Terrace With External Stairs, Replacement Of Windows, Replacement Of The Main Entrance Roof, Construction Of A Garbage Shelter And Restoration Of Full Functionality Of All Installations And Elements Existing Ones That Will Be Affected By The Works Being Carried Out. 4) The Works Do Not Include Changes In Use.
