I. The Scope Of The Service Includes: Cleaning Every Working Day Of Company Premises With An Area Of 923.6 M2 In Three Pgkim Buildings Located In The City Of Łęczyca And Washing Windows In The Above-Mentioned Buildings Twice A Year. Ii.Description Of The Scope Of Work: 1. In The Factory Buildings Of Pgkim In Łęczyca Sp. Z O. O.: 1) Cleaning Office And Auxiliary Areas As Well As Passageways, Including Floor Surfaces: Pvc, Terracotta Or Carpet. 2) Daily Vacuuming Of Floor Coverings, Regular Removal Of Stains From Carpets. 3) Daily Washing Of Floors In Staircases, Corridors, Office Rooms. 4) Regular Removal Of Cobwebs, Dust And Dirt From Walls, Ceilings, Paintings, Window Sills, Balustrades. 5) Washing Balustrades, Door Frames And Tiles.6) Systematic Wiping Of Dust From Furniture, Objects And Equipment In The Rooms.7) Systematic Washing Of Mirrors, Contacts, Light Switches, Radiators, Window Sills, Containers: For Soap, Toilet Paper, Towels.8) Daily Washing And Disinfection Of Sanitary Equipment.9) Daily Replenishment Of Cleaning And Sanitary Products And Articles Hygiene.10) Daily Emptying Of Garbage Bins And Taking Them To The Storage Place, Replacing Garbage Bags In The Baskets.11) Periodic Washing Of Window Frames Once In April - May And Once In September - October.12) Periodic Cleaning Of The Corridor And Stairs In The Basement Of The Office Building, Carried Out In Consultation With The Ordering Party.13) Daily Washing Of Floors And Touch Surfaces (E.G. Countertops, Desks, Door Handles, Handles, Chairs, Handrails, Light Switches) And Sinks, Faucets In Social Rooms And Bathrooms Should Be Cleaned With Water And Detergent.2. The Contractor Performs Cleaning Activities: 1) With His Own Equipment. 2) Purchases Cleaning, Hygiene, Disinfectant, Fragrance And Garbage Bags At His Own Expense. 3) With The Help Of Its Own Staff, Whose Names Will Be Presented To The Ordering Party, And Under Its Own Supervision. If The Ordering Party Demonstrates To The Contractor That The Person Indicated By Him To Perform The Service Does Not Properly Perform The Entrusted Duties, The Contractor Will Immediately Replace The Employee With Another Person.3. During The Performance Of Services, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Proper Law And Order And Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations In The Area Covered By The Contract.
