3.3.The Subject Of The Order Are Security Services For The Facilities Of The City Hall In Brzeg: In The City Hall And In The So-Called Seal At Ul. Sukiennice 2, During A Period Of 12 Months (From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027). Security Should Be Aimed Primarily At Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Staying In Protected Facilities, Preventing Property Theft, Protecting Against Burglary From Outside, Especially After The End Of Office Hours, Preventing Acts Of Aggression, Property Devastation, Preventing The Spread Of Fires And Preventing Other Acts Contrary To Applicable Law. Security Services Should Be Provided In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In Particular The Act Of August 22 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532, As Amended). Requirements For The Organization Of The Work Of The Post: 1) In The City Hall In Brzeg And In The So-Called Seal At Ul. Sukiennice 2, Guard Post (1 Guard),2) It Is To Be An Internal And Round Guard Post,3) The Scope Of The Guards Duties Includes: A) Supervising The Administrative Facilities Of The City Hall (Town Hall, Seal), Strict Compliance With The Arrangements Of The City Hall Administration Regarding Permission For People To Stay Inside After Official Working Hours And On Days Off - In Accordance With Ordinance No. 198/2011 Of The Mayor Of Brzeg Of March 30, 2011 Regarding The Storage And Collection Of Keys To Rooms Located In The City Hall And The Rules For Providing Access To Non-Office Rooms Of The City Hall. B) Using Monitoring For External And Internal Supervision Of The City Hall Facility And The So-Called Seals.C) In The Event Of Failures That Threaten Health And Life Or May Result In Progressive Damage To The Supervised Property, Immediately Inform The Building Administrator And/Or - Depending On The Threats - The City Guard, The Municipal Crisis Management Center Or Other Authorities. Facility Security Guards Are Not Required To Have A License. Guards Working Time: In The Protected Facility Should Be 16 Hours A Day, I.E. From 1515 To 0715 The Next Day (From Monday). To Friday).On Days Off, Work At Posts Should Be Performed 24 Hours A Day.
