1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 3 Point 30 Of The Act Of November 23, 2012. Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558), For The Needs Of The District Office In Pleszew In The Field Of Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Postal Items, Including Deliveries Resulting From The Provisions Of The Code Of Administrative Procedure And Their Possible Returns, In Domestic And Foreign Trade, In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations In This Regard. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Postal Services To The Seat Of The District Office In Pleszew, Ul. Poznańska 79, 63 - 300 Pleszew, 5 Days A Week From Monday To Friday In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2028. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Respect Listed Below: 1). Act Of November 23, 2012 Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 558); 2). Regulation Of The Minister Of Administration And Digitization Of November 26, 2013 On Complaints About The Postal Service (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 474); 3). International Agreements Binding On The Republic Of Poland Regarding The Provision Of Postal Services And Binding Regulations Of The Universal Postal Union In The Case Of Postal Services In Foreign Traffic; 4). Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure; 5). Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code; 6). Other Legal Acts Related To The Provision Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Quantities Of Shipments Specified In The Price Form (Appendix No. 1A To The Swz) As Part Of The Services Provided Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Shipments In Individual Types Within The Agreed Overall Value Of The Contract.
