1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point For The Kawęczyn Commune. Task Implemented Under Priority 2 European Funds For A Green Greater Poland Measure 2.8 Supporting The Transformation Towards A Circular Economy And A Resource-Efficient Economy, European Funds For Greater Poland Program 2021-2027.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Design And Build The Point In Accordance With The Ffu, Taking Into Account The Planned Purpose And Function Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Generally Applicable Law (Including Local Law), Standards And Technical Knowledge As Well As Construction Practice.3.The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Technical Conditions, Consents And Decisions, Including A Final Decision On The Use Permit, And Perform All Actions Required By The Decisions And Technical Conditions.4.The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Necessary Earthworks, Leveling And Transport Of Earth Masses In Order To Exclude The Possibility Of Flooding Pszok By Rainwater Or Meltwater, E.G. From Neighboring Areas.5.When Carrying Out Designs And Planning Construction, As Well As When Completing The Delivery Of Equipment And Supplies, The Contractor Should Take Into Account That The Employers Requirements Indicated In The Fup Do Not Have To Be Complete And Exhaustive In Relation To All Possible Solutions, And These Requirements May Not Cover All The Details Necessary To Develop The Designs. If The Indicated Requirements Conflict With The Legal Provisions In Force On The Date Of The Project Implementation (In Terms Of Design, Construction Or Other), Including Local Law, The Contractor Is Obliged - In Consultation With The Ordering Party - To Apply A Different Solution.6.The Contractor Will Deliver And Install Equipment, Installations And Devices That Are Complete And Ready For Operation In All Respects And Meet These Requirements. The Contractor May Not Use Errors Or Omissions In The Fup And Documentation Presented By The Ordering Party, And Should Immediately Notify The Ordering Party Of Their Detection, Who Will Make Appropriate Corrections, Additions Or Interpretations. In Justified Cases, After Prior Consultation With The Ordering Party, It Is Allowed To Change The Parameters And Scope Of Parts Of The Project In Question Indicated In The Fup. All Devices And Machines Must Be Brand New And Have At Least 2-Year Warranty (Unless Otherwise Indicated In The Requirements) And Service In Polish.7.The Planned Project - A Selective Collection Point For Municipal Waste Along With The Necessary Infrastructure - Is Intended To Complement And Improve The Municipal Waste Management System Operating In The Commune.
