The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Land In The Town Of Zbylitowska Góra In The Tarnów Commune Intended For The Grabówka Park - Construction Works. The Order Is Awarded As Part Of Stage Ii Of The Investment Divided Into 3 Stages: Stage I Tree Cutting, Stage Ii General Construction, Hydrotechnical, Road Works And Small Architecture. Stage Iii Shaping Of Green Areas. The Contractors For Stage I Tree Cutting And Iii Shaping Of Green Areas Have Been Selected. In The Procedure Ir.271.17.2026, While The Order In Question Concerns General Construction, Hydrotechnical, Road And Small Architecture Works. Upon Order, An Agreement Will Be Concluded According To The Template Constituting Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works In A Way That Allows The Contractor To Start Stage Iii Of The Investment Entitled Shaping Green Areas Of Works Related To Plantings Of Greenery No Later Than August 28, 2027. The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Prepare And Make Available The Area Covered With Plantings, Coordinate The Works And Eliminate Conflicts With Works Related To Plantings, While Maintaining The Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety. The Contractor Undertakes To Cooperate With The Contractor Of Stage Iii And To Coordinate The Investment Implementation Dates With The Ordering Party. The Scope Of The Order Includes General Construction, Hydrotechnical, Road Works And Small Architecture. The Task Includes The Construction Of Recreational Paths With Hardened Areas For The Installation Of Small Architectural Elements, The Construction Of Lighting For Park Paths Along With Video Monitoring, The Construction Of Two Tight Retention Reservoirs Along With The Reconstruction Of A Fragment Of The Open Storm Sewage System, The Construction Of Off-Road Stairs, The Construction Of A Parking Lot For Passenger Cars, The Construction Of A Park Gazebo, The Construction Of A Viewing Point, And The Installation Of Small Architectural Objects. The Detailed Scope Of Works Was Specified In The Documentation Design, Including The Construction And Architectural Design (Pab), The Site Development Design (Pz), The Technical Design (Pt), The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) And The Bills Of Quantities (Excluding Item 506 D.2.1 To Item 606 D.2.3 Of The Bill Of Quantities Development, Which Are Implemented Under Stage No. I And No. Iii).
