The Subject Of The Order Is Securing And Removing Failures, Ongoing Maintenance Services And Renovations Of Internal Electrical Installations In Buildings And Residential Premises Constituting Its Own Resources And Managed And Administered By The Housing Management Company, Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego In Częstochowa Spółka Z O.O. As Part Of The Removal Of Failures, The Contractor Should: 1) Remove Failures Reported To The Contractor For Removal Or Protection Between 6 A.M. And 10 P.M. On Working Days, On Non-Working Days And On Sundays And Holidays By The Ordering Partys Dispatcher Or The Supervision Inspector Of The Operations Department, In The Form Of A Telephone Notification, Containing The Exact Location (Address), Serial Number From The Ordering Partys Register, And The Reporting Partys Details; Secure Failures In A Way That Guarantees The Least Possible Inconvenience To Residents;2) Begin To Remove Or Secure The Failure Within No More Than 60 Minutes From The Moment Of Receiving A Telephone Order From The Ordering Partys Dispatcher And Finish After Removing Or Securing The Failure;3) Remove Or Secure Failures Using Its Own Employees, Materials, Tools And Means Of Transport,4) After Removing Or Securing The Failure, It Should Immediately (Max. Up To 60 Minutes) Provide The Ordering Partys Dispatcher With Information On Topic Of Work Performed.2.The Scope Of Implementation Covered By The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 8 To The Swz And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. In The Offer Price, The Contractor Must Include All Costs Necessary To Complete The Order, Resulting Directly From The Swz, As Well As Those Not Included In It, And Without Which The Order Cannot Be Performed. 3. Acting In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractors To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of Contract Execution, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Including: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That All Persons Implementing The Subject Of The Order, Who Will Perform The Actual Activities Described In The Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb, Be Employed On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, 2) The Contractor Or Subcontractor Employs The Above-Mentioned Persons For The Period Of Execution Of The Order. If The Employment Relationship Is Terminated Before The End Of This Period, The Employee Undertakes To Immediately Employ Another Person In His Place. The Obligation Referred To In The Previous Sentence Will Not Arise In The Event Of Termination Of The Employment Relationship Before The End Of This Period And Applies To The Person Whose Role In The Execution O
