1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Implementation In The Design And Build Formula Of The Investment Task Involving The Creation Of The Outdoor Ecological Education Center Plaża Pod Bykiem As Part Of The Project Entitled Protection Of Naturally Valuable Areas In The Łask Commune Through The Construction Of An Ecological Education Center And Infrastructure Directing Tourist Traffic No. Feld.02.22-Iz.00-0002/25, Listed In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented Under The Budget Task Entitled: Protection Of Naturally Valuable Areas In The Łask Commune Through The Construction Of Infrastructure To Direct Tourist Traffic And Assumes, Among Others: A) Construction Of Surfaces And Substructures For Areas With Water-Permeable Surfaces, B) Vertical Markings, Including Information Boards With A Map Of The Nature Trail And Direction Indicators Leading To The Outdoor Ecological Education Center, C) Regulation Or Reconstruction Of Interfering Technical Infrastructure Devices, D) Tidying Up And Cleaning Green Areas, Including Their Planting And Height Adjustment, E) Installation Of Energy-Saving Lighting Led, F) Installation Of The Yourway System And Signs Printed In Braille, Installation Of Small Architecture, I.E.: Toilets For People With Disabilities, Gazebos With Educational Boards, Picnic Sets (Benches, Swings, City Hammocks, Bicycle Racks, Waste Segregation Bins With Educational Boards, Park Fireplace/Grill With Seats And Benches, Educational Boards And Devices, Insect Hotel, H) Greenery Development In The Form Of Rows And Flower Beds, I) Obtaining Conditions For Connecting A Municipal Toilet From The Network Operator, J) Implementing A Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage Connection In Accordance With The Construction Law, K) Obtaining Conditions For Electricity Connections And Implementing Wlz. 2) The Ordering Party Has A Decision On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment For This Task. If The Scope Of Design Works Goes Beyond The Scope Of This Decision Or The Decision Becomes Invalid, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain A New Decision On Its Own. 3) As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Develop Complete Design Documentation For All Necessary Industries Together With Obtaining All Necessary Legally Required Decisions, Permits, Approvals And Arrangements, As Well As Preparing A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb), B) Obtaining A Permit To Carry Out Construction Works (Permit Decision Construction/Effective Notification Of Construction Works), C) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation, Obtained Permit To Carry Out Construction Works And Applicable Construction Law Provisions, D) Obtaining Consents/Permits To Use The Facility.4) The Ordering Party Requires That The Project In Question Be Designed And Constructed In Accordanc
