The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Municipal Roads In Towns Located In The Dzikowiec Commune. The Scope Of The Task Will Include: Basic Scope: I. Renovation Of The Roadsides Of The Wilcza Wola - Sudoły Municipal Road Over A Length Of 990.00 Meters (Plot No. 1067/3 In Wilcza Wola) Ii.Renovation Of The Municipal Road In Kopcie (Ozgi) - Plot No. 1811 In Kopcie: - Leveling The Existing Road Substructure; - Carrying Out Works Aimed At Bringing The Surface Structure To The Required Load-Bearing Capacity By Making A Layer Of Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate; - Construction Of A New Bituminous Surface Along The Entire Length Of The Modernized Section; - Construction Of Hardened Roadsides From A Layer Of Crushed Stone 0/31.5. Scope Under The Option Law: I. Renovation Of The Municipal Road Ul. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: The Contractors Obligations Will Include: A) Performing All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement In Accordance With This Agreement, Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Currently Applicable Polish Standards, Construction Law, Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, B) Developing A Work Implementation Schedule; C) Providing The Necessary Surveying Services, Marking Out Facilities As Well As Execution And Approval Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Of The Subject Of The Agreement And Submitting It To The Ordering Party In 2 Copies In Paper Version, D) Equipment, Development And Security Of The Construction Site And Works, And Maintenance Of The Above-Mentioned. Components In Proper Condition, Including Securing The Work Area Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, Constructing And Maintaining Fencing Of The Work Area, Temporary Roads, Access Roads And Ensuring Construction Supervision, E) Tidying Up The Area Adjacent To The Work Site, F) Organizing Work In Compliance With Health And Safety And Fire Protection Conditions Specified In Detailed Regulations, G) Persons Staying On The Construction Site On Behalf Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor Carrying Out Works/Works On The Construction Site Will Have Ids Allowing Verifying The Company Of The Contractor Or Subcontractors, E.G.
