The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Along With Obtaining Environmental And Construction Permits (Hereinafter Referred To As The Design Documentation) And Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, Based On The Prepared Design Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Authors Supervision) For The Task: Construction Of A Retention Reservoir In The Sowinko Forestry, Section 631 D Based On An Existing, Artificial Water Reservoir. The Purpose Of The Order Is For The Ordering Party To Purchase Complete Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor, Allowing The Ordering Party To Select A Contractor For The Works And To Perform These Works And Put The Completed Small Retention Facilities Into Use. The Provision Of The Authors Supervision Service, Which Is Included In The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Will Consist In Performing Activities Related To Supervision, In Particular In Confirming The Compliance Of The Implementation With The Project In The Course Of Construction Works, As Well As In Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Project, Reported By The Construction Manager, Investor Or Investors Supervision Inspector.
