The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: 1) Dismantling Of Equipment, Finishing Elements And Internal Installations. 2) Dismantling Of Window And Door Joinery. 3) Dismantling Of The Existing Lifting Device, Including All Elements Of The Equipment 4) Demolition Of The Elevator Shaft Structure Together With Structural And Finishing Elements. 5) Demolition Of Existing Chimneys Together With Their Elements Above The Roof And Sections Running Through The Building Structure6) Disassembly Of The Roof Covering, Flashings And Roof Drainage Elements.7) Demolition Of The Wooden Roof Structure.8) Demolition Of Partition Walls And Other Non-Structural Elements.9) Demolition Of The Wooden Ceiling Above The Ground Floor.10) Demolition Of External And Internal Walls Of The Above-Ground Storeys.11) Demolition Of The Reinforced Concrete Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Underground.12) Demolition Of The Basement Walls And Other Structural Elements Of The Underground Floor.13) Excavation And Demolition Of Foundation Walls, Footings And Other Foundation Elements.14) Removal Of Demolition Materials And Their Transfer For Recovery, Recycling Or Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.15) Backfilling Of Excavations Created After The Removal Of The Foundations And The Underground Part Of The Building.16) Leveling And Tidying Up The Area After Completion Works.17) Demolition Should Be Carried Out Within The Boundaries Of The Property Covered By The Study.18) Any Elements Of Technical Infrastructure Located In The Work Area Should Be Secured Or Removed In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Relevant Network Operators.
