General Description Of The Subject Of The Order1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Commencement Of The Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Kindergarten With A Nursery Department In Sochocin.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory And Surveying Works; B) Earthworks; C) Construction Of Building Foundations, Including Concrete And Reinforced Concrete Elements; D) Execution Of Structural Elements And Other Elements Included In The Bill Of Quantities; E) Execution Of Land Development In The Scope Covered By The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities; F) Construction Of An External Sanitary Sewage System With A Sewage Pumping Station; G) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection With Fittings And Water Meter System;H) Construction Of An External Rainwater Drainage System;I) Purchase And Installation Of A Heat Pump Along With The Required Accessories And Installation Elements;J) Performance Of The Necessary Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Checks;K) Performance Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory;L) Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party.3.The Works Should Be Performed As A Complete Scope Of The First Stage Of The Investment, Ensuring The Correct Execution Of All Elements Covered By The Order And In Accordance With The Documentation.4.The Order Does Not Include The Implementation Of The Remaining Stages Of The Kindergartens Construction, Which Were Not Indicated In The Order Documentation.3.
