The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works And Installation Of An Internal Elevator For Disabled People As Part Of The Project Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area B: Elimination Of Barriers In The District Office In Ostrów Wielkopolski In Terms Of Enabling Disabled People To Move And Communicate And Installation Of A Vertical Platform At The Main Entrance To The District Office As Part Of The Next Stage Of Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Building Of The District Office In Ostrów Wielkopolska, Including The Construction Of A Concrete Decorative Element. The Order Is Divided Into Two Tasks Performed By One Contractor: Task 1 - Passenger Elevator From The Parking Lot Along With Construction Works. The Scope Includes Construction And Construction Works Necessary For The Installation Of A Passenger Elevator, Delivery And Assembly Of The Device, Execution Of The Required Installations, Finishing And Reconstruction Works And Land Development To The Extent Provided For In The Design Documentation. Part Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Program For Equalizing Differences Between Regions Iii In Area B: Elimination Of Barriers In The District Office In Ostrów Wielkopolski In Terms Of Enabling Disabled People To Move And Communicate Co-Financed By The State Fund For The Rehabilitation Of Disabled Persons. Task 2 - Vertical Platform At The Main Entrance Along With Construction Works. The Scope Includes The Execution Of Works Necessary For The Assembly And Proper Functioning Of The Platform. Vertical Provided For In The Design Documentation, Delivery And Assembly Of The Device, Execution Of The Required Installations, Finishing And Reconstruction Works, And Execution Of A Concrete Decorative Element In Accordance With The Design Documentation. Part Of The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Next Stage Of Reconstruction And Expansion Of The District Office Building In Ostrów Wielkopolski. The Exact Scope Of Works, Including Detailed Technical Parameters, Structure And Installation, Finishing And Operational Requirements Of The Devices Are Specified In The Design Documentation And Other Order Documents. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Perform Auxiliary, Preparatory, Security, Reconstruction And Cleaning Works That Result From The Documentation Or Are Objectively Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Works Covered By The Order.
