V.1. Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Wilga Commune. I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Then Execution Of Works As Part Of The Design And Build System, An Investment Task Consisting In The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of 48 Sets. The Scope Of Services Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1. Obtaining Written Consent Of The Property Owners Agreeing On The Location Of The Home Sewage Treatment Plant. 2. Identification Of Soil And Water Conditions For The Design And Implementation Of Home Biological Sewage Treatment Plants. 3. Preparation Of Geotechnical Documentation For Each Home Sewage Treatment Plant By An Authorized Geologist - Drilling To A Minimum Depth Of 2.5 M. 4. Presentation Of The Design Concept For Acceptance By The Ordering Party 5. Notification Of The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants To The Regional Director Of Environmental Protection For Each Of The Environmental Protection Programs. 6. Obtaining A Decision On Development Conditions For Epos Located Outside The Local Development Plan, In Areas Covered By Forms Of Nature Protection For Each Epo. The Wilga Commune Does Not Have Local Spatial Development Plans (Only One Plot Is Covered By The Pzp) And The Planned Investment In Accordance With Resolution No. 141/23 Of The Masovian Voivodeship Assembly Of July 11, 2023 Regarding The Vistula River Protected Landscape Area Located In The Garwolin, Mińsk And Otwock Counties Is Located In The Vistula River Area. Protected Landscape (Journal Of Laws Of The Masovian Voivodeship, Item 8531). Any Restrictions Resulting From The Above-Mentioned Resolution Should Be Taken Into Account.7. Obtaining Basic Maps 8. Preparation Of Design Documentation And Obtaining An Effective Notification For The Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants At The District Office In Garwolin For Each Of The Epos.10. Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of 48 Home Sewage Treatment Plants In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation. 11. Carrying Out Works Related To The Reconstruction Or Construction Of The Surface. 12. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 13. Conducting Individual Training For All Users Confirmed With Training Cards. (The Contractor Will Prepare A Training Card Diagram And Submit It To The Ordering Party For Approval).14.
