The Offered Equipment Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Should Be: 1) New, Without Defects And Damage; 2) Technically Efficient, Complete And Ready For Use; 3) Produced No Earlier Than 2026. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Required Minimum Or Equivalent Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Offer Price Should Include The Scope And Conditions Of Implementation As Described In The Swz And Annexes. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves That In The Event Of Failure To Obtain Funding Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Intended For The Implementation Of The Task In Question, It May Exercise The Option Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Pursuant To Art. 257 Of The Act Of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law, Due To The Failure To Allocate Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance The Order.
