The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Safe And Punctual Transport Of Children With Disabilities Residing In Oława To Educational Institutions In 2027, On The Route: The Childs Place Of Residence - School - The Childs Place Of Residence, Under The Care Of An Adult, Pursuant To Art. 31 Section 2, Art. 32 Section 6, Art. 36 Section 17, Art. 127 Of The Act Of December 16, 2016, Education Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 820, As Amended). Transport Of Children With Disabilities Will Take Place On School Days, Excluding The Christmas Break And Other Breaks In Learning Resulting From The School Year Calendar. Transport Will Be Carried Out According To The Planned Routes, Hours And Number Of Children Indicated For Transport. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz).
