The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Three Complete Water Treatment Systems Along With Equipment For Existing Deep Wells, Located In The Porąbka Commune, As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2026. The Order Covers Three Locations: Bujaków - Well B1, School And Kindergarten Complex In Bujaków; Czaniec - Well C1, Health Center In Czaniec; Porąbka - Well P1, Health Center In Porąbka. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Equipment Of Existing Deep Wells, Construction Of Their Casings And Underground Pressure Pipelines, Delivery And Installation Of Technological Equipment For Water Treatment, Including Filtration Systems, Treated Water Tanks, Pumps, Uv Disinfection Devices, Fittings And Automation And Control Systems. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of The Necessary Assembly, Installation And Accompanying Works, Carrying Out Tests, Technological Start-Up And Water Quality Tests After Treatment, Training Of Staff And Submission Of The Required Technical And Acceptance Documentation. The Order Does Not Include Drilling New Wells Or The Final Connection Of The Systems To The Buildings Internal Water Supply Installations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) Together With The Technical Documentation Constituting An Integral Part Thereof.
