The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of Solid Fuels For The Heating Of Buildings Administered By The Warnice Commune For The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027, In Accordance With The List Below: A) Eco-Pea Coal For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building In Warnice - 40 Tons. B) Eco-Pea Coal For The Primary School In Stary Przylep - 40 Tons. C) Eco-Pea Coal For The Primary School In Warnice - 80 Tons. D) Bagged Eco-Pea Coal For The Needs Of The Village Community Center In Stary Przylep, 25 Kg - 3 Tons.E) Eco-Pea Coal For The Needs Of The Village Community Center In Obryta, 25 Kg - 4 Tons. F) Eco-Pea Coal For The Needs Of The Social Welfare Center In Warnice, 25 Kg - 1 Ton.2.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Solid Fuels Supplied Have The Minimum Parameters Specified Below: A) Loose And Bagged Eco-Pea Coal: - Calorific Value Qir Minimum 26 Mj/Kg - Ash Content Max 9% - Total Sulfur Content Max 0.6% - Humidity Max 10% - Sintering Capacity Acc. Methods Corners Ri Max 20 – Grain Size 5-31.5 Mm.2.3.The Solid Fuels Mentioned Above Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Successively In Accordance With The Prior Order Placed By Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Order May Be Placed By Telephone Or Electronically. The Delivery Time May Not Exceed The Number Of Business Days Indicated In The Contractors Offer, But A Maximum Of 4 Business Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. 2.4.The Contractor Is Responsible For Securing The Goods Against Damage During Transport. 2.5.The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Any Physical Defects Of The Subject Of The Order And Undertakes To Immediately Replace The Goods With Goods Free From Defects.2.6.The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Amount Of Fuel Specified In Point 2.1. Swz Is An Estimate And May Differ From The Quantity Of Fuel Actually Ordered. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Or Larger Quantity Of Fuel Than Specified In Point 2.1. Swz.2.7.Deliveries Will Be Made At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.2.8.The Contractors Obligation Is To Unload Fuels In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party.
